About Chris
His Mission
Chris is a devoted Christian, husband of over 40 years, father of three, and proud grandfather of five. He spent most of his career in software engineering, including 16 years in Silicon Valley where he was a Vice-President of Software Engineering at Netscape Communications, building Internet browsers. For the last 12 years of his career, he served as Chief Operating Officer of a leading data and technology company, building on his long career in software.
Chris is running for office because he believes every Virginia child deserves the opportunity to thrive, and that means empowering parents with real school choice so they—not bureaucrats—can choose the best education for their kids.
